Alicia and Nathan exchanged vows at the luxurious Monarch Club at Trilogy in Nipomo on March 26, 2011. Although they had less than ideal weather, their day was filled with love, yummy food, wine and most of all good times. This passionate and stylish couple chose a menu true to their tastes. A sit down dinner of Rosemary Encrusted Rack of Lamb with a sweet mustard sabayon and Chicken Roulade with a roasted red pepper cream sauce. After dinner they treated guests to the Chocolate and Coffee Divas. These ladies know how put on a show and provide treats that are ridiculously indulgent. The picture below is of their super classy coffee machine. I wish they were at all of our weddings!

We’re spoiled in the fact that we get to cater at the Central Coast’s most amazing venues and the Monarch Club is one of our faves. Hidden amongst the Eucalyptus groves, it’s the location to the Monarch Butterflies that flock here every year…quite the photo op. Nestled up to the rolling green hills of the golf course this venue is where we love to be. With several locations on the property, one can spread out and make the property their own.
